Thracian tomb Mishkova niva

The thracian tomb Mishkova niva is located near the bulgarian town Malko Tarnovo. It represents an outside and an inside circle which have been made of white marble. The entrance have been decorated with an image of a shield and a spear. Bulgarian archaeologists say that it dates around 2nd century B.C. There has been a rectangular premise which has been built in a different way. This sacred place has had evolved from a megalithic monument to a sanctuary. Researches have shown that it has been used until 4th - 6th century. Nearby archaeologists have found a strange place where probably has been the tomb of Bastet (an egyptian goddess). All those architectural characteristics make Mishkova niva an unique bulgarian monument of culture.

Peshtera

Snezhanka cave is located near the bulgarian town Peshtera, not far from Pazardzhik.
